Then I made Manhattan Clam Chowder (YUCK!, but Paul says it is delicious) and potato chowder for myself. I took the recipe for the clam chowder from the Better Homes & Gardens Cook Book, 75th Anniversary Edition. This is totally unlike me, but I had to follow the recipe EXACTLY for once, because I couldn't taste it for fear of throwing up in it. :) My potato chowder was my own made up recipe and turned out delicious! Paul really enjoyed the clam chowder as well. So, for all of you sea food lovers out there, I am sure it would have tasted good to you to.
