Why? My little brother is getting married in June and my mom, the Gluten Free Queen Bee, is head of food and table decor and is focusing on that right now. Because we want to devote a lot of effort toward the quality of the classes and information and support system - we decided to hold off.
Please do still fill out the form if you are interested (previous post) and I will get some e-mailer updates and maybe some teaser recipes or quick tips for anyone striving to become or stay gluten free.
